Do the SMS credits have an expiry period?

No. The SMS credits come with a lifetime validity and do not expire.

My payment is successful but the credits are not added to my account – what should I do?

This is most likely because the payment gateway was able to deduct the money from your card or bank account but could not post a successful transaction to our servers due to various reasons. Simply drop an email to support@BharatBulkSMS.in with the payment method you selected, and the transaction ID and we’ll look in to it for you.

Is there any additional fee for SMS APIs?

No, our APIs are free to use. You just need to pay for SMS credits to send SMS via API.

How do I buy Long Codes and Keywords?

You can select your own dedicated long code directly from the interface and buy them via our web portal. You can also check if your desirable keywords are available in the web portal. If available, click on buy, select the required rental duration and make the payment. Your keywords or long code will be enabled in your account instantly.
